You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the platform, share copyrighted materials without permission, engage in cheating or academic dishonesty, or attempt to interfere with the platform's operation.

All content on edPaath, including study materials, AI algorithms, design elements, and branding, is owned by edPaath or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

edPaath provides educational services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific exam results or academic outcomes.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
